Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist Rynn Burkett explores the importance of breathing when everything feels out of control. Panhandle PBS will be airing a documentary series on mental health called “The Little Things” at 7 p.m. Thursdays, beginning Sept. 15.

The collection is offered in partnership with Panhandle Behavioral Well being Alliance and Texas Panhandle Facilities Behavioral and Developmental Well being.
