Fiesta DC (Sept. 24-25),is the annual Latino Pageant in Washington D.C. that includes a 2-day avenue pageant on Pennsylvania Ave. and a “Parade of Nations” on Structure Ave. with conventional clothes, dance, music and meals from quite a lot of Latin American nations.
