LONDON, Aug 7 (Reuters) – Britain has launched an investigation below new nationwide safety guidelines into the sale of a 60% stake in Nationwide Grid’s (NG.L) gasoline transmission and metering enterprise to a consortium led by Australia’s Macquarie, the Telegraph reported on Sunday.
Nationwide Grid agreed to promote the unit for an enterprise worth of about 9.6 billion kilos ($12.7 billion) in March. read more
