Wealthy was born January 5, 1947 at East Liverpool Metropolis Hospital, the son of the late William G. and Mary A. (Adams) Johnston.

He’s additionally survived by his siblings David (Donna) Johnston of Lexington, S.C.; Susan (Jerry) Carroll of Leetonia; brother-in-law David Madish of East Liverpool; sister-in-law Patricia Madish of East Liverpool and plenty of nieces and nephews.
