PHILADELPHIA, September 29, 2022: Recognizing 16 people who served in branches of the US Armed Forces, the Philadelphia Enterprise Journal has named partner-elect David Dziengowski a 2022 Veteran of Affect. David and his fellow recipients can be honored November 10 at Metropolis Vineyard Philadelphia.
David served on lively responsibility within the US Navy Decide Advocate Common’s Corps from 2009 to 2014. In his function with the US Navy, he represented quite a few sailors and marines at courts-martial and earlier than administrative boards, and argued earlier than the US Courtroom of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the US Navy-Marine Corps Courtroom of Prison Appeals. David taught regulation on the US Naval Academy and served as a Rule of Regulation Area Assist Officer within the Arghandab River Valley of Kandahar, Afghanistan. He continues to function a Commander within the US Navy Reserve and helps fellow members of the armed companies each on the group council of Hope for the Warriors and thru his professional bono work.
David is a member of Morgan Lewis’s Veterans Lawyer Community, which aspires to advertise the management and growth of present and former navy service members throughout the agency and foster a way of group. Members collaborate with purchasers in working and networking with veterans, handle points essential to veterans and active-duty navy, and be part of with organizations dedicated to offering professional bono authorized companies to veterans.
