BERLIN, Sept 20 (Reuters) – The German authorities’s takeover of utility Uniper (UN01.DE) is predicted to value over 30 billion euros ($29.97 billion), Enterprise Insider reported on Tuesday, citing authorities sources.
The federal government is near agreeing a takeover deal, Enterprise Insider mentioned, including that Berlin, parallel to the acquisition, nonetheless deliberate to impose a fuel levy on customers from Oct. 1.
