The White Home has responded by circulating a memo in search of to discredit the report.
“This partisan report is riddled with inaccurate characterizations, cherry-picked info, and false claims,” Adrienne Watson, the Nationwide Safety Council’s high spokeswoman, wrote within the memo. “It advocates for countless struggle and for sending much more American troops to Afghanistan. And it ignores the impacts of the flawed deal that former President Trump struck with the Taliban.”
