A spokesperson for the D.C. Hearth and Emergency Medical Companies Division, Vito Maggiolo, mentioned company personnel discovered the victims with “crucial, life threatening” accidents in Lafayette Sq. shortly earlier than 7 p.m. ET.
The unidentified people — two grownup males and two grownup females — have been transported to space hospitals in crucial situation, Maggiolo mentioned. He mentioned it was unclear if their situations have modified since being hospitalized.
Uniformed Secret Service and and U.S. Park Cops had witnessed the lightning strike and started treating the victims earlier than the arrival of fireside and emergency medical personnel, Maggiolo mentioned.
