Aug 2 (Reuters) – Britain’s largest sportswear retailer JD Sports activities Style (JD.L) on Tuesday named Régis Schultz as its new chief government officer.
Schultz has been president of retail at Center Japanese group Al-Futtaim since 2019 and was chief monetary officer at British dwelling enchancment chain Kingfisher’s (KGF.L) do-it-yourself enterprise, B&Q.
JD Sports activities, which is topic to a number of investigations by Britain’s antitrust watchdog, had laid out plans to overtake its company governance construction and inside controls in June. read more
