New London ― Two months after a piece of the town was designated a cultural district, the town’s Cultural District Fee is able to get tasks rolling.

Enhancing the performance of the downtown space for occasions, putting in extra art work by native artists and increasing the town’s Black Heritage Path are only a few of the issues the fee is engaged on.
