(WAVY) — Within the wake of a leaked draft opinion from the United State Supreme Court docket that signifies Roe V. Wade could also be overturned, the Hampton Roads group is responding with protests.
The draft opinion — which was first reported by Politico and will change earlier than the justices make their last determination — indicated the Supreme Court docket might overturn the landmark 1973 determination that protects the federal proper to abortion.
