COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — Denmark introduced a Cupboard reshuffle on Monday after Justice Minister Nick Haekkerup resigned to turn out to be the brand new head of the Danish Brewers’ Affiliation.
Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, of the Social Democrats, selected Integration Minister Mattias Tesfaye as the brand new justice minister to exchange Haekkerup.
Housing Minister Kaare Dybvad Bek turned the brand new integration minister and was changed by Christian Rabjerg Madsen, a member of parliament.
It was the second authorities shuffle since Frederiksen turned prime minister as head of a minority Social Democratic authorities on June 27, 2019.
Haekkerup will take up his new job as head of the business affiliation for Denmark’s beer enterprise as of June 1, and he’ll resign from parliament.
